The Miami Marathon and Half Marathon has attracted worldwide attention. Spectators will line up along the 26.2 miles of roadways filled with sights and sounds for the many that chose to run through Miami! The race kicks off at the AmericanAirlines Arena later passing through MacArthur Causeway with views of the Port of the Miami and Star Island. It continues through the infamous Ocean Drive and the historic Coconut Grove, closing off through Brickell with views of Biscayne Bay and reaching the finish line at Bayfront Park.
Strap your shoelaces and hit the ground running to this world-class marathon that attracts people from all over the world every year. Last year’s winner traveled all the way from Cordoba, Argentina. Who knows? Maybe this year’s winner will be a native “Miamian”!
